Welcome to Cadrilo. By downloading, installing or using Cadrilo, you agree to these terms. These terms apply together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Where the two are inconsistent, the provisions of these terms that are more favorable to you prevail.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cadrilo on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules.
Your content
The photos and videos you take with Cadrilo belong entirely to you. Cadrilo does not obtain, use or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any LUT files you import.
AI composition and suggestions
Smart Compose and AI filter suggestions are assistive suggestions. Results depend on the scene and the condition of your device, and are not guaranteed to suit every situation. The final framing and the shot are your decision.
Acceptable use
Please comply with the laws and regulations where you are, respect other people’s portrait rights and privacy, and do not use the app where photography is prohibited. You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where expressly permitted by law.
Disclaimer
Cadrilo is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss (including loss of photos) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Please back up important photos promptly.
Termination
You may stop using Cadrilo at any time by deleting the app. If you breach these terms, your license terminates automatically.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will publish the update on this page and revise the effective date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
